Connect. Grow. Sustain.
Three things this community does for the women in it.
Connect
Find the women who understand your day.
State Connectors in 27 states across the country. Introductions, conference meetups, and a community where you can ask the question you would not ask anywhere else.
Grow
Learn from women who have done the job.
Master Classes with leaders in the field, the Mentor Program, the Speakers Bureau, and member resources built for the work you actually do.
Sustain
Stay in the game longer with support that understands the job.
Recognition through the Global Community Awards. Opportunity, advocacy, and relationships that carry you through a whole career rather than a single season.
The women doing this work
These are the State Connectors who welcome new members, make introductions, and build connection across the Global Community, one relationship at a time.

Why this exists
For much of my career, I found myself in rooms where I was one of only a few women. Sometimes I was the only woman. At first it was intimidating. Over time I learned that being different could be a source of strength.
But no matter where I traveled, the conversations sounded the same. “Have you ever dealt with this?” “Am I the only one experiencing this?” Too many talented women were navigating leadership in sports alone. Not because they lacked ability. Because they lacked connection.
I knew there had to be a better way. Not another organization. Not another membership list. A community. The Global Community of Women in High School Sports was created to ensure that no woman has to navigate sports leadership alone.
