We are lining up the next round of Master Classes.
In the meantime, every previous conversation is below — free, open, and ready when you are.
What happens in a Master Class
GCWHSS Master Classes bring accomplished leaders and some of the most respected voices in sports into conversation with women working in high school sports.
Our guests are people at the top of their fields whose experience, expertise, story or work can help athletic administrators, coaches and other women in high school sports lead more effectively and better serve their student-athletes.
These aren’t formal presentations. They’re casual conversations. Come listen, learn and take away what is useful to you. We make time for questions at the end, but there’s no pressure to ask one.
Can’t join us live? Master Classes are recorded, so you can come back and watch the conversation later.
Previous Conversations

Turn Your Program Into a Brand Worth Following
Your athletic program is more than wins and losses.
The best programs build a brand their whole school and community can rally behind.
Join GCWHSS and BoxOut Sports for “Turn Your Program Into a Brand Worth Following,” a Master Class designed to help high school athletic leaders tell their program’s story and build a consistent, recognizable brand.
We’ll share insights and best practices from designers behind the NBA, Notre Dame and Ohio State, made practical for high school athletics.
You’ll learn how to:
- Tell your program’s story with content that looks the part and gets shared.
- Spotlight athletes and big moments in ways that grow your audience and strengthen connection to your program.
- Build a consistent, recognizable brand without adding hours to your week.
