For more than three decades, I have led in spaces where women were often underrepresented and sometimes entirely absent.

Conference rooms. Board tables. Leadership meetings. Decision-making spaces.

For much of my career, I was one of only a few women in the room. Sometimes I was the only woman.

What once felt isolating eventually became one of my greatest sources of strength and purpose.

As an award-winning Athletic Director, national speaker, and founder of the Global Community of Women in High School Sports, I have dedicated my career to helping women navigate leadership with confidence, authenticity, and courage.

My presentations go beyond traditional leadership topics. Through storytelling, practical strategies, and real-world experiences, I challenge audiences to think differently about leadership, resilience, culture, emotional intelligence, mentorship, and what it truly means to create environments where people can thrive.

I believe leadership is not about having all the answers.
