About Kari
Kari Ehmer is a confidence and leadership speaker, West Point graduate, Army veteran, and former Division I athlete who understands what it means to lead and perform when the pressure is on.
From leading soldiers in Iraq to competing in collegiate and national-level athletics, Kari understands what it means to step into spaces where you have to trust yourself before you feel completely ready. Today, she brings those lessons to athletes, coaches, teams, and women in leadership through honest conversations, practical mindset tools, and interactive experiences.
Kari helps people strengthen their confidence, navigate pressure and setbacks, take ownership of what they can control, and lead authentically—without believing they have to have all the answers first.
At the heart of her work is a belief that strong leaders don't just find their own voice. They help others find theirs, too.

I speak on confidence, mindset, leadership, and what it takes to trust yourself when the pressure is on—especially for women navigating leadership in sports and other spaces where they may be underrepresented.
My topics include finding and trusting your voice, leading authentically, building confidence before you feel ready, navigating pressure and setbacks, controlling the controllables, strengthening your inner voice, and learning through failure. I also speak about connection and belonging, the importance of having people in your corner, and the responsibility leaders have to reach back, mentor, and help other women rise.
At the heart of my work is sustainable leadership—building the confidence to lead as yourself rather than trying to become who you think a leader is supposed to be.
My sessions are interactive, honest, and practical. I want people to leave feeling seen and connected, but also with tools they can immediately use to lead themselves and others with greater confidence.
